The hotel was close to good restaurants and the beach boardwalk, yet was not down in all the beach trinket store hubbub. Parking was easy and free. Great breakfast, nice rooms, friendly staff!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes from the seafront and a pleasant stroll along the boardwalk to the town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great showers and comfy beds. The views from the balconies are stunning, whether it's a south-facing sunny view or a view of the port. Additionally, the breakfast, with its excellent coffee machine, is reasonably priced at 9 euros.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Booked a port view room which had a lovely sea view. About a 20 minute walk along boardwalk on beach to restaurants. Quiet location. Free onsite parking. Free wifi. Thought rate was a little expensive as it was room only. Liked arcachon and dune de plya.

Very kind staff. Rooms although slightly aged were stiff confortable. Breakfast was also fine, then again if you can't get fresh delicious croissants then it would be a crime in France :-)
I would suggest darker curtains on roadside rooms as street lamp is a touch bright.

All the staff were very helpfull and they made a special effort to get assistance when we needed a doctor . The 24 hour reception was a good point and ideal for a nightcap and car parking .
The distance from the town centre was a long walk approx 30mins so car was used more than normal.

The staff here is efficient, the location is good, the breakfast included yoghurt and fruit, and our modern, spacious room had a great design, all while being conveniently located 300 meters from the bus stop.

This is the fifth stay over 7 years at this hotel. Facilities have been appropriately upgraded with particular attention to comfort in the bedrooms. Air-conditioning allows the closing of doors & / or windows to shut out the traffic noise and a double set of sliding patio doors helps to shut out the sound and provide a good view over the port for certain rooms.
